Soluciones, developer and distributor of Engage Business Solution technological platform, participated as Gold Sponsor in the ‘MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Symposium' that took place on October 7th and 8th at Grand Hyatt Hotel Sao Paulo in Brazil. Over 500 executives, from companies in Argentina and Latin America, belonging to industries such as Telecommunications, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Oil, Consultancy, Media, Laboratories and Government attended the convention.
The latest achievements on Engage Business Solution platform were demonstrated together with material about other different solutions offered by Soluciones. Also, a successful case study was presented during a main track of the Symposium.
On October 7th Juan Pablo Díaz Peling, responsible for Engage Business Solution deployment in Banco Privado de Inversiones, presented the successful implementation study called: “The Way to an Intelligent Collections Management”. Financing entity has also implemented Platform’s Customer Assistance and Sales modules.
